I’m so excited to be here today with my beautiful guest and friend, Kara cook. Kara is a mother to two beautiful boys, Chaplin, and Ozzie, whom she just gave birth to two months ago, a wife to Luke Cook, who is a fellow podcast host himself of a show called The Zaddy Zone.
