Welcome back to another solo episode everybody! Today, I’m going over my morning and nighttime nonnegotiables with you guys. I’m in a very particular season of my life right now, as I’m 38 weeks pregnant, so I’m dropping all of my pregnancy musts including rubbing vitamin E oil on my perineum, so don’t miss out on that. I’m also going over all of my wellness priorities, and other little habits I stack, that help set me up for success throughout my day.
