Menstrual Cyclic Nature
Temporada 1
How to relate with MCN
Redefining Productivity
por Nadja Tobias
In this episode, I’ll talk about how to better relate to MCN. I'll explain how to build a trusting and compassionate relationship with yourself, one that is synchronized with the forces of nature that are present every month in the lives of people who menstruate and those around them.
The topic of this episode is “Redefining Productivity”. We will deepen your knowledge of the menstrual cycle and bring the pieces of the puzzle together. You will discover more about cycle synchronization or so-called cycle syncing, and have a short introduction to the cycle strategy of how different phases of a cycle can be represented by different seasons of the year.
In this first episode, we’ll learn the basics, and touch on some more advanced aspects such as how surges of estrogen and other hormones – as well as their sudden drops – can affect you socially, and in other ways. Perhaps in ways you’d never associated with these tectonic shifts in hormones. We’ll cover when to prioritize sleep, as well as a host of other issues that will help you understand the bigger picture, find your orientation, and help you understand your body and behavior better.
