Many of us have read more leadership books than we can count. These books can be very valuable to those who are called by God to lead in the Kingdom. Yet not all of these books seem to agree with each other about what the non-negotiables are for spiritual leaders. Jesus called twelve men to become His disciples and He planned to release them into leading the early Church after He ascended back to Heaven. Surprisingly, none of the twelve knew how to lead.
