Right now you've got drizzle across most of the state, but that's about to flip. By mid-morning, rain mixes with snow. By this afternoon? All snow, heavy at times, with temps dropping fast. Tonight's when this storm really flexes — we're talking snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour in some spots. Winds howl out of the north, gusting to 40 miles an hour near the Bay. That's near-blizzard conditions, folks. Down in Baltimore, you'll see rain and snow mix this morning before flipping to all snow by afternoon.
