It’s another week of Married. Single. Divorced., and we’re checking in after a glow-up era, a hosting masterclass, and… structural home improvements.

This week: Charlotte is leaning hard into joy and feeling great, though she’s currently operating on 20% coffee and 80% dry shampoo. Fern reunites with old friends and goes full ultimate hostess with the mostess - dinner and good vibes. Larissa’s house officially has a roof and she’s now mentally packing for Iceland.

Naturally, this leads us into this week’s theme: social media - the good, the bad, and the endless scrolling.

📱 Fern introduces us to “revenge bedtime procrastination,” doom-scrolling spirals, and the terrifying realities of kids growing up online.

👵 Larissa has a technological awakening after discovering WhatsApp has Stories and wonders if anyone is actually vulnerable or their real selves online. Are we all being fed a lie?

💬 Charlotte is the most open online and sees the upside of connection… which somehow sends us down memory lane to the iconic secret letter-writing club..

It’s reflective, funny, slightly existential, and painfully relatable - basically everything you’ve come to expect from us.

And of course… Good Shit Only:

🧘‍♀️ Popping the splits in yoga

🚴 Gym sessions, packed lunches and cycling to work

🚗 Conducting very professional business meetings in the car

🔁 Closing loops!

As always, expect laughs, honesty, a few “wait… does everyone do that?” moments, and maybe a reminder to put your phone down before 1am.

Follow, rate 5⭐️, and share with your besties - because screen-time chats are better together.
