Previously on The Five Crystals, our heroes had their first interaction with an undead foe. Three of them actually. Whilst trying to sneak around them Aligrax fell face first into swamp water. Alerted to our heroes presence the three zombies rushed at them. The ranger, Rain and rogue, Oliver made quick work slicing and dicing the trio into mincemeat. Pressing onward they came across a Shambling Mound. Aligrax let loose an intimidating roar and scared it off surprisingly. Afterward they moved quickly away from the mounds territory knowing full well how strong the monster is. What they run into next caused them to wish they had stuck around the mound. An ancient Black Dragon appeared before them. Frightened to say the least the group made a short introduction and managed to avoid being eaten alive…for now.
