Project: Psyop

Them suspicious boys at EMP observe and report on a 30 year old court case that brings some more of the CIA's evildoings to light. Dakota and Pancake watch a video which shows a man that was taken and brainwashed through psychological pain and torture into possessing multiple personalities as a child, the goal of Project: Monarch. The CIA's has been caught AGAIN messing with the children of the world to commit crimes. Through these many black projects, they have fucked up much shit but yet are held unaccountable. Running scot-free and intending to do it again and again without regard for anything wholesome or moral, these bastards are coming for you next.
