Major Discussions - #2 - Early Days on the Force

Episode 2 covers "Human garbage", the Paddy Wagon, handling the public (literally at times) and earning acceptance in the Department.

Major Discussions is a firsthand account of a life spent on the streets of Baltimore — from the uncertainty of a rookie's first shift to the weight of command as Major. These aren't headlines or case files. They're the moments in between: the calls that never leave you, the decisions made in seconds, and the toll — and the pride — of a career most people only see from the outside. Told the way it actually happened, by the person who lived it.
