Once we learn that we were trauma bonded to the narcissist, we start to understand better why we felt the way we felt with that strong 'pull' towards them and not understanding what was happening. We finally learn the trauma bond is like a drug addiction and as stated in the podcast, I answer the how behind this fact in a course at CHA Academy. Once we break trauma bonds to the narcissists, then we start to break the trauma bond to the world. We are not taking anything with us where Jesus is taking us!
