This week brings another guest.

From rashes, skin issues, heat sensitivity, gut & histamine issues, and air hunger, to learning about lyme, EBV, mono, and becoming a successful integrative mental health practitioner, Amber Bowers shares her healing journey story with us.

In this episode we have a conversation on the bio-psycho-spiritual approach to healing, so you can learn questions to ask your providers and take your healing into your own hands. Also, this is in efforts to support you learning about different modalities.

Themes discussed include: root cause medicine; applied kinesiology; mental health; psychosomatics; NET (neuro emotional technique); Lebowitz protocol; CRA (Contact Reflex Analysis); SIBO, SIFO; QN (Quantum Neurology); CBT (Craniobiotic Technique).

Amber Bowers is a holistic mental health counselor, integrative health coach, certified NET practitioner, and eating disorder specialist based in Chardon, Ohio.

She works with clients in person and virtually, worldwide, offering deep, transformative support for those who have done it all--and still feel stuck. She takes a whole person approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit, though modalities like Internal Family Systems (IFS), NET, CRA, the Lebowitz protocol, and other integrative tools to uncover the root causes of emotional and physical symptoms. Her work is shaped not only by her personal healing journey through chronic fatigue and misdiagnosis, but also by her experience working in community mental health and higher levels of care, including inpatient psychiatry, and residential treatment. Today, she helps clients connect the dots between their nervous system, emotional patterns, and physical symptoms--so they can finally experience real, lasting change.
