In this episode, Jonathan and Rich interview Cyrus, aka The Mental Level. Cyrus is a practitioner of a simple form of meditation, which he calls the Jeet Kune Do of meditation. And the beauty is anyone can do it. We explore his technique, how simple it is, and even walk through practice to understand how anyone can do it. Cyrus developed it as a way of working through his ADHD, and learned to pull together simple practices that were effective. We also explore the concepts of energy, the head and the heart, and even flow. E44 - The Doctor Is In (Dr Sean Patterson)

In this episode, Jonathan interviews Dr. Sean Patterson. Sean returns to share his story of helping people lose weight, which is one of the main problems of stress. We dive into Sean's story of losing 60 pounds and how losing weight can affect us physically, spiritually, emotionally, and mentally. Sean spends his time as a chiropractor helping most people lose weight by understanding the body in a more holistic way. We explore the ideas of stress on the body, overeating, dopamine, plant medicines, pharmacology, and so much more. Sean is a dear friend and has so much experience and wisdom on healing the body. Sean also shares his experience with the carnivore diet. Rich was on vacation.

This was a fascinating conversation with a man who is not only creating positive change, but doing it in a way that everyone wins. Nick created a process that has become the Innovation Collective; a grass roots system of events and mentorship that inspire and mobilize all citizens to become lifelong learners and highly motivated innovators.  In this episode, we explore the value of working with communities at a grass roots level, why social connection is really important, and how everyone can create change in their community. In this episode, Jonathan and Rich sit down with Brett Barlow, a survivor of a near death experience. Brett's story is an amazing experience of what if feels like to lose your ego. He recounts his harrowing moment of drowning in front of his family, and being consciously aware of what was happening. As he drown, he had a 2 minute experience of breaking through to the other side. His experience of peace completely transformed his life. In this episode, we explore what the afterlife feels like, what the death of the ego feels like, the incredible ironic moment Brett died, and how we approach peace in our lives.
