Andrea describes listening as the foundational capacity of improvisation: the practice that allows us to enter uncertainty without already knowing what comes next. We explore how movement can emerge from attention rather than instruction, how our bodies carry the archives of our lived experience, and how listening together can transform separate individuals into participants in something being created collectively.
