Happy New Year! Oh wait, it's February. Oh well, I'm back with another season of the podcast - with a new name, a name look and a new vibe that more accurately reflects me and my business in 2024. Before we get into all of the juicy conversations, guests and episodes that this year has in store, it felt correct to spend a little time reflecting on what 2023 taught me. In this solo episode I talk about energy healing, grief and loss, finding our path and purpose in life, astrology and human design, living with the cycles, seasons and rhythms of life and the magic of slowing down and doing less.
