When Self-Doubt Takes Over

Welcome back! This week's episode is a little different than usual, as it is only available in audio form on our podcast sites!Self-doubt is something that most everyone goes through, but it doesn't have to take over your mind. Take time to discover your true reasons for doing what you love, and recognize triggers that make you feel less than who you are. You are worth it, you are the only one who truly has to belive that because at the end of the day, you only have yourself!Use these steps to help you deal with self-doubt:Recognize that what I’m feeling is caused by my thoughts. Take time to work through what’s causing the thought and why. Is the thought because of something someone has said or what I am saying to myself?
