Having a bad day? Join me in exploring why, thinking deeper and maybe figuring out why. Nothing bad with accepting that you feel the way you do, if anything, own it! Every storm will pass and embracing the storm is not the worst thing in the world.
Feeling suffocated by your identity? Feeling like it's a race to find who you are? Why is that? Is it really for you or for everyone else. We look into identities and why we feel the need to put labels on everything we do and all that we are from a very young age.
Have a massive bump in the road and you're running away from it? Let's see why? Sometimes it's tiring to question what you say and do all the time but if it's starting to impact your life negatively, maybe it's time to do a little introspection.
