A postcard believed to be from serial killers Fred and Rose West appears to show they were in a sex ring with child abusers David and Pauline Williams.

David and Pauline Williams have been convicted on several charges following a catalogue of abuse that started in Gloucester in the 1980’s and continued when they moved to Devon in the 1990’s.
