Micah Gray is a two-time Anderson graduate(BBA ’20, MBA ’21), former UNM football player, and rising voice inAlbuquerque’s business and alumni communities. Inspired early by hisfather’s leadership as a pastor and a family grounded in sports, Micah’s workethic started young—selling candles and mowing lawns in high school. He broughtthat same drive to UNM, where he juggled Division I football, two businessdegrees, a job in Student Housing, and leadership roles on and off the field. A pivotal moment cameduring a finance talk with Professor Reilly White, which sparked his interestin investing. Encouraged by advisor Crystle Dorsey, he joined the FootballBusiness Society, expanding his network and sharpening his post-football focus.That led him to real estate, where he combined his athlete mindset with anentrepreneurial spirit to become a licensed advisor at SunVista Commercial RealEstate. Micah was recentlyelected president of UNM’s Young Alumni Chapter and continues to lead byexample. He’s the first in his family to earn a graduate degree and believesdeeply in the power of community, networking, and kindness. His story is apowerful example of what’s possible with vision, hustle, and heart.

Since 2013, they’ve chased the most challengingmountain bike races around the world—first from a tiny orange car, then throughyears of van life, and now from their home base in Los Alamos, New Mexico. What began as a focus on enduro racing has expanded into afull spectrum of events, including cross-country, stage races, and endurancecompetitions like the El Paso Puzzler, Whiskey Off-Road, and Appenninica MTB.Their popular YouTube channel chronicles not just the thrill of racing, but thegrit, training, and behind-the-scenes reality of living life on two wheels. Leaders of Enchantment – Episode 20: Mayor Gregg Hull Greggory D. Hull has been a proud resident of New Mexico for over 35 years, with the City of Rio Rancho at the center of his personal and professional life. Alongside his wife, Carrie, he raised five children in the community—all of whom attended local public schools. Today, their family spans three generations, with nine grandchildren also calling New Mexico home. Before stepping into public service, Gregg built and operated two successful businesses over more than a decade. Most notably, from 2000 to 2012, he served as President and CEO of Certified Packing & Crating, Inc., a logistics and packaging company serving the greater Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas. After taking over a struggling business in 2000, he restructured it, created full-time jobs, and ultimately sold his interests in 2012 to spend more time with family and reevaluate his goals. His experience navigating the regulatory and economic challenges of entrepreneurship deeply shaped his approach to leadership. Driven by a commitment to his community, Gregg ran for mayor of Rio Rancho and was first elected in April 2014. His vision and leadership have since been reaffirmed by voters, leading to re-election in both 2018 and 2022. He is now serving his third term as the city’s first full-time mayor—prior to 2014, the position was part-time. Mayor Hull’s administration has focused on infrastructure, public safety, and economic development. Under his leadership, Rio Rancho has received national recognition—including being named one of the Best Places to Live for Families in 2024, the Safest Place to Live in New Mexico, and one of the Most Affordable Places to Live in the U.S. At the heart of Gregg's work is a desire to build a strong economic base by supporting both large and small businesses and fostering a thriving environment for job creation. Beyond politics and business, Gregg and Carrie remain active in their community and local church, living out their shared values of service and stewardship.
