In this session, we discuss how Carla is meshing with the Ra complex, the end of the second major cycle and how the Law of Responsibility was effected to decrease the lifespan and why, the entities from South America who were the only ones harvestable at the end of that second major cycle, and the calling from the people of Atlantis that allowed the Confederation to take steps to directly work with the beings on our planet.
