Jon Pesek (“Jay”) was diagnosed with childhood OCD at age 5 and participated in intense CBT and Exposure & Response therapy himself as an adult, then worked alongside a psychiatrist for 4 years treating OCD patients with medication and CBT before opening his own practice to address children, adolescents and adults using the techniques and training he both underwent and learned.

He treats children, adolescents and adults with behavioral issues, mood disorders, developmental and personality disorders. I work with parents to develop behavioral plans for their homes and families to supplement the therapy done with their children/adolescents in my office.
