I recently hosted a PD Session with the material of this episode: how can we, as special education teachers, encourage and support students on IEPs systemically? Sure, this is guided towards encouraging collaboration between special education and general education, but, overall, this also serves as a jumping off point for what it truly means to fully support students in the classroom.
