Northeast Kansas sits right at that mark with a light northwest breeze around 6 to 10 miles an hour. Dry skies all day. Nothing dramatic. Just a calm, easy Friday. South Central Kansas? Same story. 42 degrees, light winds, not a drop of rain in sight. Here's the thing though. Drive west and the thermometer dips to 37 degrees.
