Rick has been playing music for a while, and playing professionally on his own terms, which is a great accomplishment on its own. We gathered in his garage on a sort of windy day in east Tennessee. It was a privilege to sit with him and hear him tell of some of his favorite moments as a musician, pick his brain about how he makes the music he shares on youtube, and learn a little bit about how things used to be.
