Keeping ourselves aligned with an outcome that's important to us by believing it's possible can be tricky. Especially when we're in the pursuit of something that doesn't seem to be going our way. When I feel particularly stuck, I often do an exercise that essentially allows me to name an outcome and then do some reverse engineering so I know what next step I can take in the moment to move me towards that outcome.
