In this program, we are joined by guest speaker David Dumke. He is the Executive Director of the University of Central Florida’s (UCF) Global Perspectives & International Initiatives. Dumke was the founding director of UCF’s Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Program for Strategic Research & Studies, as well as the Office of Middle East and South Asia Initiatives. In 2019, he co-authored and edited Aspiring Powers, Regional Rivals: Turkey, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the new Middle East with Dr. Gönül Tol of the Middle Eastern Institute (MEI). Dumke is also a Distinguished Visiting Scholar at the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy, American University in Cairo (Egypt).
