He contended that fully tinted windows present significant security threats and are often misused by kidnappers, armed robbers, and 'one-chance' operators.

The IGP made these comments in Abuja while addressing concerns brought forth by Afam Osigwe (SAN), the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
