Part 1: You Can’t Unsee This Shit with Mandy Hayes of Brain Flowerz Podcast
In this episode of In My Experience, recorded on January 29th, 2026, I sit down with Mandy Hayes of Lemon Sage & Lavender for a deeply open and unfiltered conversation about spiritual awakening, perception, and navigating experiences that challenge conventional understanding. We are share casting this episode on her podcast, BrainFlowerz as well! We begin by talking about podcasting itself—how the most meaningful conversations often happen without structure, and why allowing things to flow naturally creates space for deeper truth to come through. From there, the conversation moves into the challenge of articulating spiritual experiences, especially when they happen quickly or without prior context. We explore how language can feel limiting when trying to describe multidimensional awareness or intuitive knowing. I share a powerful personal experience involving a sudden shift in consciousness, where I became aware of alternate timelines, energetic interference, and past life connections. We also explore: The feeling of “losing” reality during awakening experiences Fear vs. empowerment when facing the unknown The role of perception in shaping how we interpret spiritual events How intuition can conflict with logical thinking The importance of self-trust when navigating expanded awareness Mandy shares her own reflections on spirituality, including conversations around the New Age movement, energetic vulnerability, and how people can unknowingly open themselves to different influences. This episode is ultimately about learning to sit inside the unknown… and realizing that your body often understands long before your mind does. Timeline Shifts & Soul Contracts: A Reading with Eagle Skyfire
In this deeply personal episode, I share a recorded reading from January 2022 that I had with Eagle Skyfire, a Native American shaman who has devoted her life to the path of spiritual practice, guidance, and energetic understanding. This session offered profound clarity around experiences I’ve had that felt like timeline jumping—moments where reality seemed to shift, where decisions carried an energetic weight far beyond the physical, and where I could feel myself stepping into entirely different versions of my life. Through Eagle Skyfire’s lens, these experiences were not random or imagined, but part of a larger energetic framework involving soul agreements, karmic contracts, and multidimensional awareness. A central focus of this reading explores the connection I’ve described as a twin flame dynamic—but through a perspective that moves beyond labels and into deeper truth. What was revealed was not just a relationship, but a karmic contract: one that carried purpose, intensity, and lessons that shaped my path in ways I am still integrating. This conversation touches on: The energetic mechanics of timeline shifting and parallel realities How karmic contracts are formed, fulfilled, and sometimes dissolved A grounded, expanded perspective on what we often call “twin flames” or karmic partners The difference between soul connection and energetic entanglement How certain relationships act as catalysts for awakening, disruption, and redirection The role of choice, awareness, and sovereignty in navigating these experiences This reading helped me reframe parts of my life that once felt confusing, overwhelming, or even destabilizing, and instead see them as intentional, meaningful, and deeply orchestrated on a soul level. It also opened the door to a different kind of empowerment—not one rooted in holding onto a connection, but in understanding its purpose and reclaiming my own energy. This episode is an invitation to explore your own experiences through a wider lens… especially if you’ve ever felt like: You’ve lived multiple versions of your life Certain relationships changed you at your core Or reality itself has felt more fluid than fixed Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and allow yourself to sit with what comes up. Closing Note - This was a powerful and clarifying experience for me, and I’m sharing it with the intention that it may offer perspective, validation, or reflection for you in your own journey. We also touch on emotional awareness, projection, and how learning not to take things personally can completely change the way you move through the world. Calling The Bluff On Fear with Amy Belair
In this episode, I’m joined by Amy Belair, spiritual mentor, Akashic teacher, and one of the people who most deeply helped me trust my own intuition, psychic gifts, and path. This conversation moved through so many layers: eclipse energy, psychic development, intuition, consciousness, homeschooling, healing after abuse, collective disclosure, and what it means to stay in your heart while the world feels increasingly intense. We talked about the ways life has been asking us to reorganize, not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and energetically. For me, that has looked like clearing clutter, shifting old patterns, beginning homeschooling with my daughter, and continuing to unravel deeper layers of my consciousness and healing. Amy shared honestly about her own current season of challenge, including grief, financial pressure, and the spiritual alchemy of moving through hardship without abandoning trust. One of the most powerful threads in this conversation was the choice to call the bluff of fear, scarcity, despair, and false urgency. We explored how the “false matrix” feeds on fragmentation, overwhelm, and emotional chaos, and how choosing love, prayer, compassion, and energetic intention becomes a real act of sovereignty. We also talked about psychic gifts in a grounded way, especially clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance, inner vision, telepathic awareness, and the lack of language many of us have for these experiences. Amy reflected on how Western culture deprioritizes intuitive intelligence, and how healing often includes practicing these abilities in safe spaces until we trust what has always been there. We also explored: full Lunar eclipse and Mercury retrograde energy organizing life as spiritual recalibration homeschooling and honoring a child’s natural rhythms healing from abuse without centering the abuser collective disclosure and staying regulated through disturbing truths sacred rage versus feeding chaos language as a limitation to psychic and energetic knowing clairvoyance, inner seeing, and multidimensional perception the value of practice in intuitive development collaboration over competition choosing hope during intense collective change This was such a meaningful conversation for me because Amy has been a true catalyst in my life. Her work helped me begin exploring the Akashic Records, trust what I sense, and stop feeling so alone in experiences I once had no words for. I hope this conversation helps you feel less alone too. You can find Amy on Instagram or on her website You can find me on Instagram, Linktree or my Website Because Amy mentored me in accessing the Akashic records,I want to offer 40% off Akashic Readings! Part 2: Healing the Matrix: Shamanism, Sovereignty, and Conscious Ascension with Chrys Kyng
In this portion of the conversation, Chrys Kyng and I move into the uncomfortable, often unspoken realities of spiritual leadership, medicine work, and what it actually means to hold a shamanic role without turning it into an ego identity. About Chrys: With 18 years of astrology training and over a decade of ascension and plant medicine experience, Chrys’ matrix-disrupting work includes shamanic ceremonies, medicine retreats and gridwork activations that he facilitates in sacred locations across the globe, and he is passionate about assisting lightworkers and starseeds in activating their soul mission and healing themselves by ascending the false matrix and creating a New Earth. We talk honestly about jealousy, sabotage, projection, and pedestal-making within spiritual communities, including how these dynamics can surface even among highly respected practitioners. Chrys shares reflections from a documentary about a female ayahuasca practitioner, revealing how deeply human healers are behind the ceremonies, rituals, and myths placed upon them. The conversation then opens into language, cultural appropriation, and why so many people feel fear or hesitation around calling themselves a “shaman.” We explore alternative ways of naming the work while honoring the archetype, and why true shamanism isn’t about claiming authority but about responsibility, integrity, and continual refinement. I also share a personal realization from ceremony about choice in healing—when it may be appropriate to process pain through the body, and when it may be more empowering to reflect, witness, and allow someone to do their own work. Topics discussed include: Ego, jealousy, and sabotage within spiritual communities The human reality behind ceremonial leadership and medicine work Pedestal culture and the myth of the “perfect healer” Cultural appropriation fears and the language around “shaman” vs. “shamanic healer” Shaman as vessel, mirror, and energetic conduit—not savior Empathy vs. “taking on” another person’s pain Discernment and choice in how healing is offered Why healers aren’t more evolved—just more committed Starting the work before feeling ready or perfect Projection, accusation, and being labeled a “cult leader” Integrity, refinement, and accountability in leadership Triggering through competence, visibility, or confidence Competition disguised as criticism and spiritual policing If this conversation resonates, feel free to like, subscribe, or share with someone navigating their own path of discernment and service. Part 1: Healing the Matrix: Shamanism, Sovereignty, and Conscious Ascension with Chrys Kyng
In this opening segment, Chrys Kyng joins Christine DiGinto for a grounded, wide-ranging conversation on the evolution of shamanism, spiritual awakening, and energetic sovereignty. About Chrys: Having been obsessed with witches, Native American culture, astrology, and all things paranormal from an early age, Chrys always knew he came here with a big mission. His experience as a musician, actor, and plant-based health coach laid the foundation for the matrix disrupting work that he offers today, and after several awakenings, profound mystical, and at times, extremely dark psychic experiences, he is now a shamanic healer, ascension guide, psychic channel and creator of Ascended Astrology, The Medicine Alchemist and Ascend The Matrix Podcast. With 18 years of astrology training and over a decade of ascension and plant medicine experience, Chrys’ matrix-disrupting work includes shamanic ceremonies, medicine retreats and gridwork activations that he facilitates in sacred locations across the globe, and he is passionate about assisting lightworkers and starseeds in activating their soul mission and healing themselves by ascending the false matrix and creating a New Earth. Topics explored include: Chrys’ work as a shamanic healer, ascension guide, and astrologer focused on dissolving duality and density The evolution of the shamanic archetype into a modern, galactic or Chironic healer Healing as ascension: integration, embodiment, and raising vibrational set points The role of dreamwalking, higher-self contact, and non-linear connection in spiritual work Why true mentorship requires honesty, adaptability, and the willingness to change one’s understanding Mental awakening vs. embodied awakening, including nervous-system and physiological shifts Kundalini as part of ascension rather than a spiritual status marker The importance of discernment during energetic transitions between dimensions Limitations of “love and light” spirituality and the necessity of engaging both light and shadow Personal sovereignty, intuition, and trusting inner knowing over external authority I hope this conversation was as entertaining to listen to as it was to have! Vulnerability Is the New Leadership with Bobby Eppleman
In this episode I sit down with Bobby Eppleman for a real conversation about vulnerability, recovery, and how masculinity and leadership evolve when performance stops working. We begin with consent and context. I share about my spiritual awakening and the five year unwinding that followed, including the deep recovery work that came after experiencing harm within a former relationship and business partnership. I talk about what it has meant to rebuild trust with myself, with others, and with life. Bobby walks us through his own transformation from an achievement driven identity shaped by athletics and alcoholism into a life organized around emotional honesty, therapy, and family. We explore how success changes when connection becomes the measure. We also unpack cultural ideas about “alpha” roles, what strength really looks like, and why so many of us answer “I’m great” when we are anything but. This is a conversation about growing up without losing heart. Topics we move through Awakening versus integration Recovery after relational and professional trauma The long unwinding after crisis Emotional literacy and why words matter Healthy masculinity Leadership through presence instead of dominance Giving ourselves permission to cry Play and imagination as resilience Parenting, custody realities, and capacity Building work slowly and sustainably Practical tools Bobby shares Using an emotions color wheel to help people name what they feel Visualization practices like stone throwing and boat imagery Creating environments where honesty is safe Modeling vulnerability first About Bobby Bobby is a speaker and educator devoted to helping people build lives and leadership styles rooted in connection and truth. The "Breakdown Blueprint”; My First Solo Episode
My guest today couldn’t make it. So, I did what women have done in kitchens, courtrooms, and quiet bedrooms for centuries. I spoke anyway. This solo episode became something raw and unscripted. A reckoning with family court, custody battles, Protection From Abuse orders, and the way legal systems can fracture a mother’s life with the flick of a signature. This is not a clean narrative. It is lived experience. 🌿 In This Episode, I share: • What it felt like to be served repeated PFA orders • Forced eviction and navigating a season of homelessness, even with community support • Losing income overnight after being cut off from a shared business • How court continuations and legal maneuvers can function as control tactics • The emotional rupture of being separated from my child, my home, my animals, and the healing sanctuary I was building • The collapse of the homestead vision I was cultivating • Co-parenting challenges without reciprocal support • The psychological weight of carrying everything alone ⚖️ Family Court, Custody, and Systemic Tactics I speak candidly about how destabilization can happen through paperwork instead of violence. How continuations prolong chaos. How financial restriction becomes a quiet weapon. How reputation is reshaped by allegations before truth ever enters the room. I reference the documentary Children of the Underground, which explores how systems can fail mothers and children. Watching it felt like holding a mirror to questions many of us are afraid to say out loud. This episode is not legal advice. It is lived testimony. 🔥 Breakdown or Awakening? Trauma cracked me open. I question something that still lives in the air around many women: When does a psychological breakdown become a spiritual awakening? When does trauma unlock gifts? When does survival turn into initiation? In this episode, I share how loss, legal persecution, and instability coincided with the emergence of psychic sensitivity, boundary clarity, and a deeper devotion to grounding practices. Not fantasy. Integration. The Homestead That Lives in My Bones I talk about the sanctuary I was building. A space for healing. Animals grazing. Children playing in dirt without fear. A community gathering under trees instead of fluorescent lights. Losing that space was devastating. But the vision did not die. It went underground like a root system waiting for rain. Channeling Anger In the Divine Feminine Energy System This episode is not a rant. It is alchemy. I invite listeners to: • Transform anger into advocacy • Stay grounded while speaking truth • Question systems without losing compassion • Protect their nervous systems while fighting for reform 💛 Integration & Gratitude Even in the storm, I acknowledge: • The friends and family who held me • The humility of rebuilding • The importance of therapy, grounding, and self-reflection • The necessity of authenticity This episode closes not with certainty, but with commitment. To healing. To motherhood. To truth-telling. If you have navigated family court, custody battles, spiritual awakening through trauma, or the question of breakdown versus initiation, you are not alone. This conversation is an open door. Part 2: Sliding Between Worlds While Staying In Your Body with Erica Cordeiro
In Part 2 of my conversation with Erica Cordeiro, we move deeper into the layers of spiritual experience that don’t always fit into neat language — but deeply shape how we live, parent, and relate to ourselves and others. We talk about religion and fear conditioning, reclaiming a direct relationship with Spirit, and what it’s like to awaken before having words for what you’re experiencing. We explore Jesus and Mary Magdalene as lived, embodied experiences rather than doctrine, and the re-emergence of the feminine divine as something felt in the body, not just understood in theory. I also share more about what I’ve been actively unraveling around interdimensional experiences, including memories of being a super soldier on a moon and traveling in space, and what it takes to integrate expanded awareness while staying grounded in everyday life. We touch on homeschooling, nervous system sensitivity, sovereignty within systems, and the ongoing “chicken or the egg” question of intuition — perception, manifestation, or remembering. This episode isn’t about convincing or explaining. It’s about allowing lived experience, complexity, and embodiment to exist without rushing to conclusions. Topics Covered: Religion, fear conditioning, and spiritual sovereignty Jesus, Mary Magdalene, and the feminine divine Awakening before language (chakras, clairs, nervous system awareness) Interdimensional experiences and integration Parenting, homeschooling, and sensitivity within systems Intuition as perception, manifestation, or remembrance Erica Cordeiro is a psychic medium, frequency activator, and host of the Modern but Mystical podcast who helps highly sensitive women who lead, create, and hold space for others become energetically unfuckwithable. Her work centers on intuition, embodiment, and self-sovereignty, guiding them to stop seeking answers outside themselves and start trusting what they already know.
