In Genesis 21, Abraham had to let go of his firstborn son Ishmael. He had to trust that God would care for him in the wilderness and bless him as He promised. That is exactly what God did. We all have someone or something that we know we need to let go of. We have to trust that God will care for them just as he cares for us.
