It was an eventful week in the world of football. Nick Saban has retired, Mike Vrabel has been fired, Pete Carroll was asked to step down, Bill Belichick resigned, and Michigan won the national championship. We are truly in the dark times.
It's a brand new year and everyone wants to improve themselves from where they were last year. In our case, we put on a lot of weight over the winter and we plan on getting absolutely jacked (like batman) by spring break this year. Piece of cake.
