Why Emotional Curiosity Can Look Different for Neurodiverse Individuals with Dr. Courtney Kwan

We invited Dr. Courtney Kwan, Ph.D., MSc., B.A. (she/her) to talk about how — and why — emotional curiosity might look different for individuals who struggle with neurodevelopmental disabilities, such as autism and ADHD.

Dr. Kwan relies on evidence-based treatments and cultural competence to improve the effectiveness and quality of mental health care for diverse populations. Her specialties include psychodiagnostic evaluation of children, adolescents, and adults for Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, giftedness, and other psychiatric concerns.
