I call it this because I want to emphasize, and bring one salient point home for everyone to look at, examine, internalize, and take to heart as our true identity – as a spiritual being having a human experience. I want to talk about what we've been conditioned to believe. From birth, you were given a name. A story. A role. You were told who you are based on your body, your appearance, your family, your culture. You were taught to identify with the vessel… the body. Not the one having the experience. And slowly, over time, you adapted to that limitation so well…that you actually forgot it was a limitation. You started thinking: "I am this race." "I am this gender." "I am this role." "I am this story." But none of those are you.

The confusion, the contradiction, the division, the noise—it is all real. And if I’m being honest, it does feel like the intensity is increasing. Not someday. Now. Right in front of us. But I want to offer you a different way of seeing it.

It’s what happens when a system can no longer maintain its current structure. It’s not just disorder… It’s the breakdown of what is no longer sustainable. And if you really look at what’s happening in the world right now… you can see that. Old systems — social, economic, cultural, and even personal belief systems — are becoming unstable. Things that once felt fixed are starting to crack. And that can indeed feel like chaos. But what if it’s not just chaos? What if it’s transition?

Episode 31: What is Your Programming? (Your Mirror of Collective Awakening)

In this episode, we are going to do a personal audit, where we cut through the mimic code and step into the true power of the observer. I have a question that will either wake you up or make you uncomfortable. And if it does the latter, then good—that means it's working. So, the question is, What is your programming, or to put it another way, what is your Operating System? Not the story you tell yourself about being 'spiritual' or 'evolved.' Not the feel-good affirmations, but your actual programming—the beliefs, the biases, and automatic reactions running your life and by extension, our world right now. Remember, we are all creating our reality by virtue of our thoughts and beliefs, not just individually, but collectively. So let's get into it.

In this episode, we are going to talk about the power of the observer, and how to practice embodiment in order to gain full awareness and mastery in our present life journey. When we speak about “being the observer”, we’re not just speaking of it as a spiritual metaphor—it actually lines up surprisingly well with how both neuroscience and quantum physics start to describe experience itself.

Episode 29: Moving from 3D to 5D Awareness (Shifting Earth's Consciousness)

In this episode, I want to discuss what has for some time now been a major topic of spiritual and esoteric discourse. That is, we are shifting from 3D to 5D reality. But what exactly does that mean, and how do you interpret this from a spiritual point of view? Well, from a spiritual perspective, “moving from 3D to 5D” is usually not treated as a literal trip to another place in space. It’s actually a shorthand for a shift in consciousness: a shift from fear, separation, and survival-focused identity into greater love, unity, intuition, and alignment with a higher sense of self. Episode 29 affirmation to use whenever you feel the need to balance yourself: “I am a unique expression of the One, consciously participating in this human experience. I co-create with awareness, not ego. I honor the 3D field, but I no longer serve its illusions. As a devoted conduit for Gaia, Earth's living consciousness, I pulse love through her veins, uplifting her sacred web of life. My expanded awareness connects me in oneness with plants and animals, resonating with their wisdom, harmonizing our shared ascension. I am both grounded and expanded, powerful and humble, human and divine.”
