Episode 10: During the previous episodes we have examined the issues in the UK housing market, and seen why it is acting how it does. One of the things that has come out of this, is that for many housing is not just a home, it is also an investment. Therefore I look to see if we can find/develop an alternative that won't damage the housing market but will potentially free up capital to enable building.
