Cardiovascular DIS-ease is the number one cause of death in women in the United States according the "Go Red" organization (part of the American Heart Association). Grief is an unaddressed public health issue especially for women. The Grief Recovery Method program helps women with unresolved, conflicting feelings around loss (including loss of childhood & emotional neglect) the opportunity to delivered those uncomfortable and shame based communications that may have been shamed or forbidden to share with others in their lives. Who better to talk about the Grief Recovery Method than one of the original trainers (and my personal Grief Specialist) from the Grief Recovery Institute? Lois Hall uses her training as a Public Health Advocate (she is the reason why the Rye Syndrome warning is on your Aspirin) and Grief Recovery (super) Specialist and Trainer to help with hurting hearts one human at a time.
