the batman review

New bat just dropped. Spoilers start around the 14 minute mark, you've been warned.

The Hot Pocket Lads draw some comparisons between this film and the standard superhero flick: What does the Batman do to stand out? Plus we talk about the separation between movie quality and movie message: We love this movie, but not its politics.

Hot Pocket Final Score: 8.5/10. Excellent visual and audio presentation, but weak dialogue and weird editing/writing decisions.
