19. Life Lately & Q&A - Homebirths, Postpartum Fitness/weightloss, & more!
In this episode I just share a recap on my life lately - our recent beach house flooding, where I’m at with my weightloss and fitness journey postpartum, and then dive into a handful of questions from you guys! I share some homebirth tips, answer some more personal questions and more.
18. I ran a 1/2 Marathon! Mindset & Nervous System Healing
In this episode, I share the story of running a half marathon somewhat on a whim - and how the experience reminded me that we are capable of far more than we think. I also dive into something I’ve been paying close attention to lately: nervous system regulation. I share how chronic stress can impact the body, what heart rate variability (HRV) tells us about our nervous system, and how learning to support and regulate our bodies can improve sleep, recovery, and even weight loss.
17. Is It Too Late to Become an Influencer in 2026?
“Is it too late to become an influencer?” I get this question all the time- along with how creators actually make money, whether the industry is too saturated, and what it really takes to grow on social media. So in this episode, I’m answering it all. From my own experience building an online platform, I’m sharing the reality behind influencing: the slow growth, the income streams most people don’t see, the pressure of constantly showing up online, and how to build something sustainable beyond just posting on Instagram. If you’ve ever thought about starting a platform, growing a personal brand, or turning social media into a business, this episode will give you a real look behind the curtain.
16. Consistency When You Don’t Feel Like It
In this episode, we’re breaking down how to stay consistent with your health, fitness, weight loss, and business goals - especially on the days you don’t feel like it. If you’re building your body and your business, this episode will help you stop negotiating with yourself and start building real momentum. Motivation fades. Discipline doesn’t.
15. My 7 Wellness Non-Negotiables
In this episode, I’m sharing the wellness habits that have become non-negotiables in my life - but not in a perfectionist way. Missing a day (or even a few) doesn’t erase a habit. Real wellness is about rhythms, seasons, and coming back to what supports you. I talk honestly about how I didn’t grow up in a health-conscious environment and how everything I’ve learned-from nutrition to movement to nervous system care- has been a gradual learning curve. I’m not an expert, just a mom trying to build a healthier foundation for myself and my kids. We dive into my core wellness pillars: Prioritizing sleep and why it impacts mood, hormones, recovery, and overall health Hydration beyond just water- including electrolytes and water-rich foods Why I’ve chosen not to drink alcohol and what I’ve noticed since Movement habits like walking and strength training (and balancing running wisely) Cooking mostly whole foods at home with a realistic 80/20 mindset Strategic supplements to fill nutritional gaps, support gut health, and boost energy I also share some optional wellness extras I personally enjoy- including tracking recovery and sleep with tools-not for perfection, but for awareness. NOTES: One thing I forgot to mention was my absolute favourite Body Fat Scale so linking that here for you. I step on it every day - great for data reference and shows you more than just your weight: https://amzlink.to/az05h7E8JvZKZ My vibration plate: https://amzlink.to/az0TbvaPjPU0a My fitness watch: https://amzlink.to/az0MCYGDnTY9K My daily nutritional supplements mentioned: https://www.arbonne.com/ca/en/arb/JotiWall/cart?shareId=8859389382183
14. Fasting for Women: How I Reversed my Insulin Resistance
Today I’m sharing how therapeutic fasting has transformed my health - especially when it comes to insulin resistance, energy, and metabolic balance. We’ll break down what insulin resistance actually is, why many women unknowingly struggle with it, what fasting does at a cellular level, and how giving your body intentional breaks from food can support healing, hormones, and long-term wellness. (Not medical advice - just my own experience).
13. My Faith Journey: Growing up Sikh and Becoming a Christian
In this deeply personal episode, I share my faith journey- growing up in a traditional Sikh Punjabi household, navigating the complexities of culture, caste, and identity, and ultimately choosing Christianity. I reflect on how being born into a faith was assumed to be the same as choosing it—and why that distinction matters. I hope it allows you to get curious before you get critical, to explore more of your own faith journey, and to open your eyes to a different worldview.
12. Growing on Instagram in 2026
In this episode I share a real-life catch-up from surviving January, navigating health and fitness goals, motherhood moments, and what happens when a wholesome reel unexpectedly goes viral, haha. I'll then dive into an honest conversation about growing on Instagram in 2026 — why social media matters, how people are actually making money online, and what most creators are getting wrong. We will break down the difference between visibility and trust, feed content versus stories, and why consistency beats virality every time. All of this encapsulated in why it's necessary to show up online in a way that feels human, not forced. This episode is equal parts life update, mindset shift, and practical encouragement for anyone wanting to grow a brand or presence online. 11. Hey - It’s Not An Emergency
In this episode, I’m reflecting on a simple idea that’s been quietly changing the way I move through my days: most things aren’t emergencies -but we treat them like they are. From rushing through small tasks, to the pressure we bring into our homes, to the way we end our days with our kids- I share how urgency has shown up in my motherhood, my work, and even in moments that matter most. This episode is about slowing down without quitting life. About awareness, not perfection. And about remembering that the way we move through small moments shapes the bigger ones - especially for our kids. If you’ve ever felt calm on the outside but rushed on the inside, this one is for you.
10. Let’s go 2026!
Happy 2026!! I’m sharing the goals I’ve set for this year - not from a place of hustle or pressure, but from a place of intention, alignment, and building a life that actually feels good to live inside of. I’m also opening up about my postpartum weight-loss journey - what this season of my body has taught me, what’s been harder than I expected, and how I’m learning to move forward with more compassion, patience, and trust in the process. Come hang out with me!
