In this episode of Her Journey Home, I’m opening up about a major shift in my life—a deep death and rebirth process I didn’t fully see until I was right in the middle of it.

After nearly ten years of overachievement, hustle, and survival patterns, I’ve realized I’ve outgrown the life I built—the long contracts, the exhausting 60-hour weeks, and the need to prove myself through money and status. I’m letting all of that go.

I’m stepping into a new chapter that honors my desire for freedom, travel, presence, and purpose. I’m heading to India or Nepal for spiritual study at an ashram and giving myself permission to live a life that truly feels mine.
