The Greatest Heel Turns of All Time
Episode 01: The Greatest Heel Turns In the debut episode of Heel Club, The Voice breaks down the moments that defined betrayal in wrestling history — from Marty Jannetty launching himself through the Barber Shop window, to Prince Devitt turning his back on Taguchi and reshaping an entire country’s wrestling landscape, to Dominik Mysterio stepping out of his father’s shadow in one brutal moment. We dive into why these turns mattered, how they changed the business, and what makes a heel turn timeless. Then it’s time for The Burial, where The Voice puts the spotlight (and the shovel) on classic betrayals like the Mega Powers exploding, André finally standing up to Hogan, and Larry Zbyszko refusing to stay in Bruno’s shadow. Whether you’re new to wrestling or you’ve lived through every era, this episode is packed with storytelling, heat, humor, and the chaos that makes wrestling unforgettable. Welcome to Episode One. Join the Club. Turn Heel
Real Men Wear Skirts (Because Pants are Overrated)
Warning: This episode contains high levels of baldness, combat boots, and severe lack of pants. This week on the Heel Club Podcast, we are joined by the absolute finest of attitude era wrestling —the legendary Headbangers! Mosh and Thrasher crash the studio to remind everyone that Real Men Wear Skirts (and look phenomenal doing it). We managed to corner these two goofballs long enough to talk about figures, the secret of tag team longevity, and their official retirement... and we were lucky enough to be one of the first (somewhere between 10th and 500th) to find out BREAKING NEWS!! We also take a nostalgic trip through the lawless wasteland of the Attitude Era tag team scene, and make a scientifically accurate case for why the Stage Dive is the most criminally underrated, spine-crushing finisher in wrestling history. Are they legends? Absolutely. Are they completely out of their minds? Maybe. Will I ever get the name of Chaz's book right? Definitely Not. Secure your sports bras, lock up your cones, and join the club!NXT Deadline: I'm Not Mad....I'm Just Hurt
I went to NXT Deadline 2025 ready to rant. I sat front row. I sharpened the knives. I prepared the venom. And NXT had the audacity to give me a show that made sense. From Oba Femi reminding everyone why he rules NXT, to Iron Survivor matches packed with babyfaces who refused to embarrass themselves, to storylines that actually paid off — this entire night was a personal attack on my negativity. I spend this episode doing the only thing worse than complaining: admitting the wrestling was good. This is a Heel Club breakdown from ringside, fueled by sarcasm, bitterness, and the existential dread of realizing I had nothing to scream about. Babyfaces got cheered. Heels got respected. Logic won. I suffered. If you’ve ever loved a wrestling show and hated yourself for it — welcome home. Join the Club. Turn Heel. Or don’t. Apparently wrestling doesn’t need us anymore
