Piggy Backing on the last episode of overcoming the self, you need to take complete control of your focus and attention to have control over your life. This means when you are going through a hard time and you want to quit and self-sabotage, you need to reflect and realize that you will only be hurting yourself by making the decision that bring you back into the dark.
