Acts 6 begins with a real problem. The Church is growing, vulnerable widows are being overlooked, and something must change.
But the apostles do not personally take over every ministry responsibility.
Instead, qualified men are entrusted with important practical care while the apostles remain devoted to prayer and the ministry of the Word.
