What would you do if a doctor told you the words no one wants to hear: “You have cancer.”
For Craig Irving, that moment changed everything.
After being diagnosed with colon cancer, Craig endured weeks of radiation and chemotherapy that pushed him to his physical and emotional limits. At one point, the pain became so intense that he seriously considered stopping treatment altogether.
But what happened next revealed a strength he didn’t know he had.
In this powerful episode of Good Talk with Tiffany Santana, Craig shares his journey through cancer, the mindset that helped him keep fighting, and why he’s now committed to raising awareness about colon cancer—especially within the Black community.
This conversation is a powerful reminder that sometimes our greatest trials reveal the strength and purpose we didn’t know were inside us.
You’ll also hear about the importance of advocating for your health, building the right support system, and living with deeper intentionality after facing life’s hardest moments.
If you’ve ever wondered how strong you really are—or how to keep going when life gets hard—this conversation is for you.
