She highlighted to importance of wordings surrounding mental illness, as well as how we should be cautious when talking about this topic. Angelica emphasized the difference between mental health and mental illness, and one of her biggest wishes is that the public can separate shame from mental illness. Not only did she open up about her struggle, we also discussed the controversy surrounding psychiatric medication and how they can benefit some of us.
