That southwest wind at 11 miles an hour makes it feel like 31. The kind of cold that sneaks through your collar. Over in Savannah, you're bottoming out at 38 degrees around 6 A.M. Feels like 33 with that breeze off the water. But here's where it gets fun. By 4 P.M. you're hitting 67 degrees. Winds shift from southwest to south around 6 P.M. tonight.
