If you've been anywhere near a window today, you already know. We've had rain moving through since this morning. And it's not done with us yet. Here's what's happening right now. Down in Atlanta, you're sitting at about 58 degrees with steady rain and gusty winds. That's **warm** for late February. And that warmth is part of the problem. A strong low-pressure system is pulling Gulf moisture straight up through the state. And it's dumping on just about everybody. South Georgia around Valdosta and Albany?
