Back in the 90s there seemed to be an epidemic of special needs children, particularly developmental disabilities and Gen X parents were figuring out how to navigate and raise exceptional kids. Now these kids are fully grown adults without services. Katheryn Hartigan is the founder of Spectrum Love, a non-profit organization whose mission is to service the special needs community by providing a POSITIVE and SAFE environment to foster social development. We chat with Katheryn about her extraordinary journey and how Spectrum Love came to be.
