Main Character Energy - Last Action Hero

What's in a name? So many great characters have the most amazing name, but Paul has one simple challenge. Pick a film where the protagonist shares your name. Ok... Maybe this was more easy for Paul and Jack than it was for Des.

Jack had an absolute smorgasbord of characters he could choose... but it was high time to do a deep dive into a movie that has been mentioned time and again on the pod. Last Action Hero! Is this Arnie's best flick? Jack definitely thinks "maybe". The FUDs get super meta with their film within a film analysis on this one.

As always prepare for some hot takes, deep film analysis, someone losing the plot, a bit of banter, a few good taglines, an existential crisis question, a wee quiz and our final scores.
