Expounding Wisdom
Temporada 1
por Manuel Mathis
God has decreed whatsoever comes to past! This episode we examine the implications of the will of God in our lives, and how he has a sovereign will. He is the primary cause of all things.
In this episode the jealousy and wrath of God are discussed. God is a holy God who deserves our worship, and when we replace him with something else, he is not only rightfully jealous, he will justly condemn those who replace him for idols. I hope you enjoy!
Our God is righteous and just. In this episode we explore the implications of the holiness of God and how he can be the just and the justifier.
The Lord our God is Holy! One characteristic of God that is not discussed enough but should be spoken of often by God's people. I hope this episode blesses you and the Lord's name.
This episode I talk about one thing: God is love! What does that actually mean? How does God love exactly? How do we express love as a result?
In this episode we dive into the goodness, truthfulness, and wisdom of God. The importance of having God as the foundation for our all things is extremely important. If we replace God for something else for our foundation, then we lose the strongest foundation for our worldview.
In this episode of Expounding Wisdom, I speak on three more qualities of God: He is Spirit, Invisible, and Omniscient. May all of the attributes of God bring you joy and lead you to worship our amazing God!
In this episode I discuss the God of the Bible being Eternal and also being omnipresent! Both of these attributes shall cause us to want to worship this great and majestic God! He is more than worthy of our praise!
In this third episode, I discuss the Unchanging nature of God and how there are four distinct categories of God's unchanging nature: being, attributes, purpose, and promises. Hope you enjoy the episode!
In Episode two, I begin looking at chapter two of the book Christian Beliefs. I begin answering the question of the next chapter: What is God like? I begin by explaining how the Bible assumes God's eternal existence and then I dive into how God is knowable. Hope you enjoy!
