Cleanup isn’t what most people consider to be fun, but for Paul Locke, it’s a challenge well worth the effort. A longtime leader at the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection’s (MassDEP) Bureau of Waste Site Cleanup, Paul has spent his career improving the lives of Massachusetts residents with his expertise in soil management, and through programs such as MassDEP’s Rails to Trails program, which transforms unused rail tracks to safe bike trails and walking paths.
