CDL to CEO: Andrew Bither on Building Better Drivers
This week on Education Station with Jimmy Mac, we’re joined by Andrew Bither, Director and Owner of Advance Career Education, to explore how the next generation of professional drivers is being trained, tested, and set up for long-term success. From earning his CDL at 18 to becoming a licensed examiner and running Southern California’s largest CDL school, Andrew brings nearly two decades of real-world driving and instructional experience to the conversation. He shares insights on what today’s students need most, how testing standards have evolved, and why hands-on mentorship is key to transforming trainees into safe, skilled drivers. Whether you're an aspiring driver, a fleet recruiter, or just passionate about the future of trucking, this episode puts you in the front seat of CDL education.
