In this episode, we hear from Eastern Connecticut State University freshman Owen M., I was lucky to have Owen as a student last year, and he takes us through what it has been like to start college and how he has navigated high school and college with a learning disability. If you know Owen, you will immediately pick up on the fact that he doesn't give himself enough credit for his own success - he truly is an amazing student with strong habits. What I found most impactful from our discussion was the way he expressed the power of being pushed to do better while also feeling highly supported.
