“Judgement” might as well be a bad word in this day and age, but the matter is not if we judge, but how we judge. Firstly, we must always remember that “the standard [we] use in judging is the standard by which [we] will be judged.” (Matthew 7:2) so we must judge righteously.

In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus gave clear guidance on judgement - what is the right kind, and what is the wrong. Healthy judging is formative: self-assessment, and coaching: building others up in love while always considering oneself. Are you engaged in healthy judging?
